I. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
AT15000 is a comprehensive MIL-STD-1553A/B bus analyzer, which could be used in MIL-STD-1553A/B bus test, simulation and analysis area. It integrates an oscilloscope, an any wave generator, a LCR, a Time Domain Reflectometer and a multi-function MIL-STD-1553A/B bus controller. It could perform all the tests described in AS4111, AS4113 and AS4116, including protocol tests and electrical character tests. Together with AT15800, AT15000 could also complete the bus system test.
To improve the test flexibility, AT15000 applies script-driven method. Users could select the test item and define the test order via the test script. UUT address, power on/off time and some other parameters required in the test procedure could also been defined in the script.
Except for the test functions, simulation functions is also implemented in AT15000. The built-in multifunction MIL-STD-1553A/B module could simulate 1 BC, 32 RTs and 1 BM simultaneously. In addition, the BM simulation interface could display the zero-cross distortion on the LCD.
Facilitated with a large-size LCD, dedicated function keys and 6 multifunction keys, all the functions could be activated by fewer key press. Via Ethernet, AT15000 could be controller from a PC.

2.3.1. Used for the VTP tests of the three types of terminal (follows AS4111, AS4113 and AS4116 test standard).
